Governor Soludo Appoints New Nnewi North Chairman Amid Controversy

Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo has approved the immediate appointment of Engr. Christian Ezeh Obiorah as the new Transition Committee Chairman, Nnewi North Local Government Area.

By this appointment, Engr. Christian Ezeh Obiorah replaces Mr. Mbazuluike Iloka.

This appointment takes immediate effect.

The issues surrounding the death of Mbazulike Iloka’s wife have not been resolved, as the autopsy report released by the deceased family was rejected by the Governor of Anambra State. This led to the decision to appoint a new Chairman to replace Hon. Mbazulike Iloka.

The general public still await the release of the government’s own autopsy result, in orders to clarify doubts and rumours, and to know what becomes the fate of Mbazulike Iloka, the man accused of domestic violence and the death of his wife.
