History was made in Ezema community in Ojoto town in Anambra State on the 6th of January,2023 when a state of the art STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) centre was opened for free utilization by school Children.
As technology has taken over the world and has become a very crucial part of human existence,Mr Chidi Okeke the man behind the project thought that it will be a great contribution to humanity to build free Sciences Kafes and donate to rural communities in Anambra, starting with his hometown,Ojoto. His aim is to take science and technology to hard to reach areas and places that have so many odds against them.
Mr Chidi has Okpoko,a slum in Onitsha urban area in mind for the next Science Kafe project which he will build ,with the help of donors who are willing to donate towards this cause, after which the idea extends to other places.
He doesn’t want any child to be left behind in a time when everyone is equipping their Children with the best technological skills, with which they will take over the world and make bright future for themselves..That’s why he’s made the usage of all the equipments to be FREE.
However,Mr Chidi Okeke cannot achieve this great vision alone, that’s why he’s calling on the general public,to help donate towards this cause for the future of our Children.
