At just 10 years old, Akubuisi Okonkwo ascended the revered throne following the passing of his father, HRM Igwe Onyeachonam Okonkwo (Olanme I), in December 2020. His official coronation took place on January 7, 2021, marking the beginning of a historic reign that has inspired many across the country.
